The new Audi A6 launched in India. Audi had initially planned to launch the proposed car in the month September, but they gone a step ahead to launch the model in August. The new Audi A6 is lightweight, improved and refreshed version of the existing model that was available in India.
The new Audi A6 is lighted by 80 kilograms that will improve the fuel efficiency of the car and will also perform better.
The new Audi A6 is available in V6 2.8 FSI or V6 3.0 TSFI Quattro engines along with 2.0-TDI and 3.0-TDI diesel engine. These two powerful TDI diesel engines which utilise intelligent common rail diesel technology are available for the Audi A6.

The new Audi A6 is powered by a V6 petrol engine with direct fuel injection and Audi valvelift system that powered by a 2773cc, 4-cylinder engine that generates 150 kW at 5250-6500rpm at a 280Nm at 3000-5000rpm at max torque.
The new Audi A6 2.8 FSI comes with a front-wheel drive with multitronic transmission with cast alluminium wheels (8J X 17) with 225/55 R17 tyres. It unladen weights at 1685 Kgs and gross weight of the vehicle is at 2190 Kg. The A6 has a tank capacity at 65 litres and reach a top speed of 240 Kmph. The new A6 can to touch 100kmph from stand still in just 7.7 seconds.
